WHY I'M RUNNING
Faith Family Freedom
I believe communities are best served when policy-making is guided by conservative principles rooted in a Biblical worldview. I'm running for State Representative to advance the causes of faith, family, and freedom here on the Space Coast.
Brevard deserves a proven conservative leader who is deeply rooted in our community and has shown to possess the courage of conviction to stand for truth and conservative principles in the face of opposition.
As a lifelong resident of Brevard County, follower of Christ and longtime member of First Baptist Church of Merritt Island, and an educator for Brevard Public Schools since 2006, it has been an honor to faithfully serve the community I’ve known and loved my entire life.
And in 2021, my faith in Christ, who calls us to love others in truth, required me to take a stand against our district's policies for the safety and well-being of our students and families. At that time, Brevard Public Schools was enforcing harmful gender policies, allowing students to use the restrooms and locker rooms of the opposite sex with zero parental notification. This was endangering our students, violating their God-given dignity, and undermining inherent parental rights.
When I told my administration that I could not let this happen on our campus, I was given a memo threatening discipline if I persisted. I assured them that come what may, I would not back down and was about to make this very public.
For the next two years, I spoke out wherever I could, rallying parents to join the fight. I spoke at school board meetings and county commission meetings, contacted lawmakers and the governor’s office, spoke on local radio, conservative podcasts, local and national news outlets like Fox News and Newsmax, and finally the state capitol, entreating lawmakers to protect our students. In 2023, praise God, Governor DeSantis signed HB 1521, finally outlawing these practices in our schools once and for all.

This experience reinforced in an important truth: elections have consequences.
Elections matter because elected officials write policy affecting people,
and people matter. Therefore, we need to elect those who have proven they will seek the good of their constituents no matter the cost.
I’m running to continue standing for truth and to ensure the values of faith, family and freedom shape policies that strengthen the Space Coast. As your representative, my priorities will include:
Defending Core Freedoms
I’ll defend the Constitution while supporting limited government. I’ll protect religious liberty from governmental overreach and fight to expand the rights and protections for the unborn. And as a lifetime member of the NRA, I'll work to expand 2nd Amendment rights by pushing for Constitutional Carry.

Restoring Trust in Education
I’ll push for the expansion of parental rights and increased curriculum and instructional transparency. I’ll fight to increase accountability for educators who break Florida law, address student behavior, and protect against harmful gender policies.
Increasing Educational Opportunities
I’ll support school choice programs, push for increased school funding and increases in teacher pay for qualified teachers.
Safeguarding Our Communities
I’ll stand by and support our great law enforcement officers and first responders and seek to ensure they have the resources they need to continue to keep our communities safe and secure every day.
Bolstering the Space Coast Economy
I’ll work with lawmakers to fight the housing affordability crisis pricing many families out of the Space Coast, support small businesses, and advocate for policies that grow our space industry, creating high-quality jobs and preserving Brevard’s unique identity.
Securing Our Future
I’ll steward and protect our waterways, strengthen Florida’s borders against illegal entry, and ensure Florida remains a national leader in election integrity.
Brevard deserves a proven conservative who understands the values we share, the challenges we face, and stands firm on principle, regardless of any opposition that is sure to come. My commitment to protect our students and families will be the same commitment I’ll bring to Tallahassee. I promise to lead with courage and compassion, uniting our community around our shared values. As your representative, I’ll work tirelessly to ensure Brevard remains a place where families flourish, businesses prosper, and our Space Coast heritage thrives for generations. It would be the honor of my life to serve as your representative in Tallahassee, and I look forward to building a safer and stronger Space Coast together.
